Release 6.0.0 - 14-01-2025 - Important Information!

Almost a year ago, we launched BrynQ: a rebranding of SalureConnect with a fresh design and an AI chat (beta). Now, 11 months later, we’re excited to present BrynQ 6.0! This update, available from January 14, 2025, brings a sleek new design and powerful new features.

Please read these release notes carefully, as several changes will take effect. For some functionalities, there will be a transition period to ensure that all interfaces continue to work optimally. All details are outlined in these release notes (see the key points section), and we are always available to answer your questions. What’s New?

Scoping in BrynQ: Say Goodbye to Excel Spreadsheets!

With BrynQ 6.0, we are introducing fully integrated scoping functionality. This allows you to design interfaces directly in BrynQ without the need for messy spreadsheets.

What can you do with it?

  • Central Scoping Tab: Easily manage all aspects of your interface.
  • Define Scenarios: Add logic, details, and comments in one place.
  • Save Drafts: Work on your scope at your own pace.
  • Submit for Review: Let consultants review and approve your scope.
  • Smart Auto-fill Features: Save time with automatic suggestions, reducing manual effort.

What’s the benefit for you as a customer?

  • More Control: You decide how and when your interfaces are designed.
  • Faster Workflow: Saving drafts and submitting them for review speeds up the process.
  • Reliability: Locked tabs and restrictions for active schedules (live tasks) minimize the risk of errors.
  • Professional Workflows: A structured scoping process supports more efficient interface designs.

Other Improvements

  • Updated Interface Overview: A clear distinction between live and test tasks.
  • Automatic Saving: Changes are saved instantly, as long as no active schedule is running.
  • Stronger Authorization Security: Connections are now linked to a single interface, making them safer and easier to manage.
  • Improved Mapping: Import mappings, easily add new ones, and use hotkeys for efficiency.
  • Enhanced Settings Menu: Now includes access to scoping and improved mapping tools.
  • Edit Schedules from the Overview: Click on a task (e.g., “1 day”) to directly adjust the schedule on which the interface runs.

Key Points of Attention!

  1. Automatic Dashboard Updates: Dashboards are now refreshed multiple times a day on a schedule. We set a default schedule for each dashboard. Want more frequent updates? Contact our support team, and we’ll set it up for you.
  2. No More Manual Dashboard Reloads: Due to automatic updates, the manual reload option has been removed from the platform. If you need an exception, let us know.
  3. Temporary Unavailability of Authorization Management: With the introduction of one connection per interface, authorization management is temporarily unavailable. Connections are being migrated to the new version. For changes, please contact our support team.

  • The ability to view all your billing information in BrynQ, including support charges.

  • Test interfaces for safe experimentation alongside live interfaces.
  • More self-service options to adjust your monthly costs based on what you use.
  • A notification system for outstanding actions.
  • Notifications for new features and releases.
