BrynQ release 5.2.0 - 09-04-2024
It's time again for a new release, 5.2.0! As announced, we want to move to a flexible release calendar. Therefore, we are going to keep our roadmap, found at
https://brynq.airfocus.site/roadmap/released, so you can stay up to date on upcoming changes, and the impact they may have on business processes. Add it to your bookmarks so you won't be surprised!
Below we take you through the highlights of this release.
A few things have changed in the management of apps and authorizations. In the future, we want to encourage our customers to be able to handle as much as possible themselves within our platform, and changing the structure of associated settings is the first step. So possibly more things will change here in the future. Specifically, the following things have changed:
- The Apps page now looks different. When you want to set up a connection to a system, you are directed to a sidebar instead of a popup. Here you can create a connection, but not view your connections. For that, the connections page has been added:
- The Connections page: here you can see all your authorizations. You can easily view, modify, verify (if applicable) or remove authorizations. This way you can manage all your connections in one place.
This page has been extensively tested, however it is possible that you have comments or suggestions for improvement. Feedback is very important for us to improve our product, so we would like to hear it via
support@brynq.com.
We have also taken another step in securing our platform; in the user settings you can now end your sessions. This is useful if you suspect that someone - possibly wrongfully - logged in through your account.
AI chat
After initial testing sessions with several customers, a list of improvements has emerged for our AI chat. We expect to add more improvements in the coming weeks, and to provide access to more and more of you. For now, the following things have been addressed:
- Before you start a chat, you are taken through a roadmap. In it you are taken through the requirements for starting an AI chat, and creating your own interface.
- You can now export your retrieved and edited data in the chat to an excel file.
Bugs
We have:
- Visually improved several buttons and pop-ups
- Fixed visual irritations when creating a new password
- Made URLs in pivot tables clickable again
- Fixed problems with personalized colors
- Fixed adding measurements and dimensions via fx
- Visual improvements made to our charts and tables
What's next?
Since we will be releasing more frequently, these release notes will mainly serve as in-depth information. To stay up to date on what's coming, you can always visit our roadmap:
https://brynq.airfocus.site/roadmap/new . Here you can also submit new ideas and vote for existing ones.
We would like to thank you for your trust and feedback. We would like to remind you that we only welcome your feedback, so please do not hesitate to give it to us. You can do so at any time at
support@brynq.com. We are looking forward to the next release, and all the great things the future will bring us!
Best regards,
Het BrynQ team
