Single Sign On with AFAS Insite

It is possible to display the BrynQ dashboard in AFAS Insite, so you can, for example, open dashboards in Insite without having to log in separately again. The condition is that the AFAS user code is the same as the user code in BrynQ.
Follow the following steps to create a single sign on between AFAS InSite and BrynQ

  1. Open AFAS Profit and navigate to General > In & OutSite > Page Type.
  2. Click on "New integration type."
    1. Description: BrynQ
    2. Multiple description: BrynQ
  3. Copy the public integration key
  4. Send this public integration key to support@brynq.com stating that this key is for Single Sign On with your AFAS Insite.
  5. Copy the secret integration key from AFAS Profit. This key must remain secret and therefore you cannot just send it in an email. Therefore, save this key in a separate file and wait for instruction you get from our helpdesk. 
  6. Return to AFAS Profit and exit
  7. Navigate to General > In & OutSite > Site
  8. Open AFAS InSite and in AFAS Profit open the "Page Types" tab
  9. Search for the BrynQ Page type and place a check mark in the "Activated" column;
You can perform the following 6 steps after our helpdesk has contacted you to receive the secret integration key.
  1. Open InSite > Edit mode
  2. New > Page
  3. At "Page type" choose BrynQ
  4. Enter a description that you like
  5. Enter the following Integration URL: https://<customer_name>.app.brynq.com/api/auth/sso/afas-insite?redirect=https://<customer_name>.app.brynq.com
  6. Click Finish and add this page anywhere you like
You are ready to log in through Insite!
