Foleta connector


The Foleta connector makes it possible to load data from Foleta into dashboards. Also, this connector contains the ability to add data in SalureConnect for the purpose of comparing Foleta and Profit.

General configuration

Open the connector via Settings > Connectors > Systems > Foleta. Then open the "General configuration" tab. This tab contains the fields "Employer ID" and "Token".
  • Employer ID - Here the employer number that the customer has received from Foleta and which can be found in the customer's Foleta environment should be entered;
  • Token - Enter here the API token created in Foleta. Make sure that this token has sufficient permissions to all schools and school groups. Otherwise data may be missing from the dashboards.

Ignore list

Salure has a standard dashboard available and that checks whether the data in Foleta matches the data in AFAS Profit. Think of data such as rosters, contract forms, positions, leaves of absence, etc. Sometimes there are differences between the systems that are explainable and do not need to be resolved. For example, a roster line that is split into two parts in AFAS Profit, but consists of one roster line in Foleta. This is what the ignore list is for. Setting up this list is done as follows:
  1. In the comparison dashboard, open the sheet "Ignore list";
  2. Ensure that all lines that are erroneous but do not need to be displayed as errors are selected;
  3. Export the table from the sheet "Ignore List" to Excel and copy all lines (except the header line);
  4. Paste the lines at the bottom of the ignore list in SalureConnect and click "Save";
  5. Now reload the dashboard; the ignored lines will not be displayed incorrectly in the dashboard from now on.

Reload settings

Some schools do not want to reload the dashboard comparing Foleta and AFAS Profit throughout the month. This makes it possible to eliminate the differences between the two systems without new differences appearing continuously.

In the example below, the dashboard in the month of January is reloaded from January 1 to 10, not from January 11 to 24, and reloaded again from the 25th to the end of the month. In the month of August, the dashboard is reloaded daily throughout the month.
