To retrieve data from AFAS Profit, two things are required: an environment number and an XML token. After these are stored in SalureConnect, it is possible to load data from AFAS Profit into dashboards.
Instructions
Follow the following steps to set up the connector correctly:
Navigate to Settings > Connectors > Systems. Activate it first if this was not already done, via the "Activate" button under the "Actions" column;
Click on the pencil icon to set up the Connector;
Click "Add Environment" in the upper right corner;
Enter the number of the environment, possibly followed by a dot and a 1-word description. The latter is not required. So for example: 12345.test environment or 12345.production. Just 12345 is also okay but can be inconvenient if there are multiple environments;
Add the AppConnector token created in AFAS Profit. Add the XML tags in this as well, sofor example: <token><version>1</version><data>ERD5329DB1397044DFE4YDSF89AE9314CBCE88AEF36149ADCD8</data></token>;
For type, always choose "Other." The other two types are for exclusive purposes and cannot be used for dashboards;
Click on "Save."
The "Reload All" button at the top right of the screen relates to "Payroll Control" and does not apply to reloading data in dashboards.
